We define qualified appointments as those that adhere to strict qualifying criteria established both by our internal standards and those set by our clients.

Each appointment is subjected to a quality assurance process that includes an audio review of the entire call, as well as a verification of contact and qualification criteria. After this vetting process, a final appointment sheet email is sent to the client.

We have the ability to automatically send appointment notification emails to the prospect. Simply provide us with a standard text template, and it will be merged with the appropriate contact information and sent out immediately after the appointment is set.

 

Additionally, we can make reminder calls the day prior to the appointment. If the prospect has a conflict, the appointment can be rescheduled at that time. Both options are available for no additional charge.
